This Bitter Gourd fry simple cooking with minimal spices. This Spiced Bitter Gourd recipe is mildly spiced to neutralize the strong taste of Bitter Gourd.
Ingredients
Bitter gourd 1/4 kg
Chilli powder 2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Salt as per Tast

Cooking method
Step 1)
Heat oil in a pan and once the oil is hot add round chopped bitter gourd, little bit Salt and saute
Step 2)
When the raw smell is gone add Chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt per Tast
Step 3)
saute well slowly with low flame
Our Delicious Bitter gourd fry ready to be enjoyed with Curd rice, rasam.
